X7d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the x7d platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for or using the x7d platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. This acceptance is all-or-nothing — you cannot accept only selected portions of these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to register an account or continue using the platform. Continued use following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and x7d as the platform operator. In the event of any dispute, these terms shall serve as the primary reference document in determining the rights and obligations of both parties.
Account Creation, Eligibility and Security
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the x7d platform.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is lawful.
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is not allowed.
- You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during the registration process.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, including any unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
- X7d recommends using a strong password and keeping your login credentials strictly confidential.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact x7d support immediately.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As an x7d user, you agree to use the platform in accordance with the rules set out herein. Using the platform for unlawful purposes, disrupting other users or compromising the integrity of the system is strictly prohibited.
Specifically prohibited activities include:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanism to access or interact with the platform for unauthorised purposes.
- Engaging in fraud, identity impersonation or providing false information to the platform or other users.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party — each account is the exclusive property of the registered holder and is non-transferable.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity.
X7d reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure, against users who violate these rules — without prior notice and without any liability to the platform.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the x7d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered under the same name as their x7d account.
For deposits, x7d processes payments via a range of local payment methods including online banking and approved eWallets. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — most deposits are completed within minutes, though x7d accepts no liability for delays caused by third parties such as banks or eWallet operators.
Regarding withdrawals, all withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with x7d's internal review procedures. Users may be required to complete identity verification before a withdrawal is approved. x7d reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal while an investigation is conducted if suspicious or inconsistent activity is detected on the account.
Any bonuses or promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements as set out in the relevant promotion terms. Users are advised to read those terms before accepting any bonus.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
X7d is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform. x7d's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim. Technical disruptions, system maintenance or circumstances beyond x7d's control do not give rise to any liability on the part of the platform.
All content on the x7d platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and source code — is the property of x7d and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from x7d.
The x7d platform may contain references or links to third-party services. x7d does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk, and users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately.
Account Suspension, Closure and Changes to Terms

X7d reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any terms and conditions stated in this document
- Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
- Accounts that have been inactive for a specified period with no transactions
- Inaccurate, false or unverifiable account information
- At the request of the relevant legal authorities
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited upon completion of the internal investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed for legitimate reasons may contact x7d support for further clarification.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
X7d reserves the right to modify, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the current conditions that apply.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the x7d platform shall be resolved through a mechanism mutually agreed upon by both parties, failing which it shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the rest and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
